These policies only pertain to our live sale. Our Live Sales are carefully curated and are a fun and exciting way to get first peek at new stock and access incredible deals on unique mineral specimens, carvings, and crystals. Come hang out and join our crystal fam filled with kind, helpful and like-minded people!

How do I participate?

During our live sale hours, open the Instagram app and go to our profile - @naturesbling.or

Tap on our profile picture that will have a pink circle indicating that we’re live and the video will open automatically.

Items are tagged with a price, a letter or both and will be shown one at a time. To claim an item please comment with ANY EMOJI with the PRICE & LETTER. Example: 🔮$25P

TIP: Add an emoji to your comment to increase your chances of your comment being seen since Instagram filters comments assuming it is spam.

The first correct claim, as shown on our screen, will get the item. Please keep in mind that you will almost always show up first on your screen.

What happens after I claim?

If you are a new customer, please DM us your preferred method of payment. We accept Venmo and PayPal. If you are local to Central Oregon, let us know and you can pay in-store when you pick up your order.

Payment is due within 24 hours unless you have communicated otherwise with us.

Open Box Program:

To help cut down on shipping costs and the amount of packing material we use, we now offer an open box program. It’s an awesome way to shop multiple sales and combine your orders together.

How it works:

After the Live Sale, we’ll ask you to send us a DM to let us know if you’d like to keep your box open or have it shipped. If we haven’t heard from you by the time invoices are sent, your order will automatically ship.

You may keep your box open for up to four weeks or until a Flat Rate Priority Box is filled - whichever comes first.

Invoices are sent out the following morning for all of your claims from the live sale but shipping will not be included.

You will be invoiced for shipping separately once you’ve requested your crystals to be shipped, your box is full or if it’s been four weeks.
